6. How Long We Keep Data

  • Active accounts: As long as you're using Auxerta
  • Completed projects: 90 days (or until you delete them)
  • Deleted accounts: 30 days to recover, then permanently removed
  • Legal holds: As required by law

7. Your Rights

You control your data. Here's what you can do:

  • Access: Get a copy of your data
  • Correct: Fix inaccurate information
  • Delete: Remove your data from our systems
  • Export: Take your data with you
  • Opt out: Stop marketing emails anytime
